This candle comes in a luxury 30cl container which is 90mm high, 80mm in diameter (75mm base diameter) and has a net weight of 200g. It comes individually packaged in a stylish, matching presentation box which is perfect for gift giving. The presentation box measures 100mm high and 85mm wide.

 

All our candles are hand poured at home using natural soy wax. This entirely natural product is a vegetable wax made from the oil of soybeans, meaning it is clean burning, carbon neutral and vegan-friendly.

 

This candle can burn between 40 to 50 hours. Please see our candle care section for more information on how to maintain your candle.

We use a fully tracked courier for all our online orders for your peace of mind. Tracking information will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

 

In most cases, orders are packaged and ready for dispatch within 24 hours of placing your order. They are then collected by our courier on the next working day. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery.

 

During busy seasons, such as Christmas or Easter, delivery times may take a little longer. 

We pay very close attention to detail and carefully inspect all our products before they are shipped. We securely pack and ship our products to ensure they arrive safely and securely.

 

However, if for any reason you are not happy with your product, we will offer a full refund to the original credit/debit card for any unused products returned within 14 days of purchase. 

 

Unfortunately, we're not able to offer exchanges on purchases or offer any refunds on used products.

To prevent fire and serious injury, burn candle within sight. Keep away from drafts and vibrations. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never burn this candle on or near anything that can catch fire.

Trim the wick to around 5mm before lighting. To prevent funnelling, ensure the melt pool reaches the edge of the glass before extinguishing, particularly during the first burn. Subsequent burns should be no longer than 4 hours. Keep the candle free from any foreign materials, including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface.
